Can I try on the frames before I buy?

Of course! We want your glasses to be the perfect fit for your face, which is why we have a couple of options for you to try on our glasses before you commit to a purchase. You can use our Home Trial service. We’ll send you up to 5 pairs to try on at home, with no obligation to buy. You’re also welcome to visit our showroom, where you'll be able to try on the entire range!

How do I place a purchase order?

Placing an order is easy. When you’re ready, click the “Add to Cart” on any product page to add it to your order. During the checkout process, you’ll be asked to select the type of glasses you would like to purchase. You can specify whether you need prescription or non-prescription glasses, or reading glasses. If you require prescription glasses, you can either input your prescription information, or select the alternate options for us to obtain it. To make future orders even easier, you can create an account and save your prescription details.

What do I need before ordering?

How do I submit my prescription?

You can enter it directly on the website during checkout, send us a copy via fax or email, or provide us with your optician’s contact information and we’ll get in touch with them. If you’ve already placed an order for prescription glasses and need to provide us with your prescription you have 2 options: You can email an image of it (or a scan of it) to info@veyep.com.au. Or simply fax it to (02) 9555 2710 Remember to include your name and order number in the email or fax. If you placed the order for someone else, please be sure to include both your own name and the name of the patient on the prescription.

How do I check the status of my order?

When can I expect my glasses to arrive?

Purchase orders are normally delivered within 12 business days, and Home Trial or non-prescription orders are generally delivered within 5 business days. Certain orders with incomplete prescriptions will take longer to fulfil, as we may need to contact you to verify or obtain missing information. This may also be the case when we need to obtain your prescription from your optician.

How do I place an order for multiple pairs of glasses using different prescriptions?

If you are interested in purchasing multiple pairs using different eyeglass prescriptions (e.g. one pair for distance and one for reading), please place a separate order for each eyeglass prescription being used. Remember, shipping is free within Australia for all orders!

Can you provide high-index (ultra-thin) lenses?

We sure can! For those who need stronger prescriptions, we offer an ultra-thin, 1.67 high index lens option for an additional price of $60. If your prescription contains a combined Sphere and Cylinder value of ±4.00 or stronger, you will be prompted during the checkout process to add high-index lenses to your order.

How do I change / cancel my order?

Should you have problems viewing any part of our site or navigating through the checkout process, we first recommend that you sign out of your account (if applicable), close the browser you are using, and try opening our website in a different browser. If you continue to have issues, or if you are having any trouble logging into your account, please give us a call – we’d be happy to walk you through any problems or take your order over the phone.

What is your returns policy?

If you're not 100% in love with your VeyeP eye glasses, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee, no questions asked. Please contact us for a return.

I want to return my glasses – what do I do?

Returning a pair of glasses at VeyeP is easy. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Once you've received your return label, all you have to do is send the package with proof of purchase back to us.

I've already returned my glasses - what now?

It may take several business days for us to receive your return package. Once it has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method. Depending on your credit card company, it may take additional time for the funds to be shown on your account. If you requested an exchange in a different style or colour, a new order will be processed immediately.
