FAQ

How do I place an order?

Simply "add" the items you love to your cart and when you are ready to checout click on the "CART" button on the top right of any page. Enter your information and click submit, its that simple! 

 

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You do not need to have a Paypal account to checkout using this method. Please contact me for any questions regarding payment or to set up special terms if this policy does not work for you. I will review on a case by case basis.

 

When do I get my Items? 

I ship USPS first class mail. I process most orders within 3-4 business days (this means leave my studio, not arrive to you.  Shipping time varies depending on speed selected at checkout, but averages from 2-5 business days, and should be added to processing time). Please note that all Holidays and weekends are "no ship" days. If you have a custom order, please expect to add one to two business days onto your processing time. I do not process orders on weekends and I am closed on Saturdays & Sundays. I also observe all major holidays, some of the minor holidays, and some days that aren't holidays at all! If you need to have your order expedited, I offer Priority & Express Shipping for all my listings. If you would like to ship your order via Express Mail, please contact me BEFORE you place your order so I can verify that I will be available to ship out next business day for you.

First Class Mail domestic takes approximately 3 to 10 business days to arrive. 
First Class Mail international takes approximately 1 to 3 weeks to arrive. International orders are not trackable once they leave the (US. International customers are responsible for any additional customs fees.)

~~ EXPEDITED SHIPPING INFO ~~
Priority Mail to customers in the US takes approximately 2 to 3 business days to arrive. 
Express Mail to customers in the US is guaranteed by USPS to be delivered the next business day to MOST Domestic locations.

**Once an item leaves my shop, USPS is responsible for the delivery of the item. While I will always do my very best to work with you to ensure you have your item by the date needed, I cannot control holdups and delays within the United States Postal Service. The only guaranteed delivery they offer is Express (next day) Service through USPS. Otherwise, all times shown are an estimated date of arrival, and could take up to 30 days to arrive once in the posession of USPS. Clams and A Ham Dog is not responsible for costs associated with re-shipment of an item due to wrong address, USPS misdeliveries, return to sender, etc.**

 

What about returns and refunds? 

If for some reason you feel that an item does not live up to your expectations, please contact me within 30 days of purchase to request a replacement. Please consider the handmade nature of my items before requesting a return. I will do everything in my power to ensure that your are happy with your purchase!

 

Can I get specific colors? 

Please keep in mind that everyone's computer screen calibration is different. A color that you might see on your screen, could be different from what I see on mine, and different from what prints out on my printers. While I will always work with you to try and match colors as closely as possible, I cannot guarantee that a color will look the same once it is in print. 

I print on laser printers, which use heat to set the toner, so the colors are usually very deep and crisp. If you are trying to match an existing item, it is best that you let me know first and ask lots of questions. I can tell you what my products look like post-production and if I can adjust colors prior to printing. Not all of my designs can be adjusted lighter or darker, so it is important to start the dialogue before placing your order. If you have a specific pantone swatch color available please ask if I am able to correctly match it. I will do my very best to ensure you love the colors of your products.
